These cookies may not be essential to the basic operation of the Platform.

4.3 Analytics Cookies

Where enabled, we may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics information may help us understand which pages are visited, how users navigate the website, which features are used, website performance, errors and technical problems, and general usage trends. Where possible, analytics information will be configured to minimise the collection of unnecessary personal information.

4.4 Marketing Cookies

MySwiftBill does not currently use cookies for behavioural advertising or targeted advertising. If we introduce marketing or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide appropriate choices or consent mechanisms where required by applicable law.

Our payment pages may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required to:

  • Maintain a secure payment session
  • Protect against fraud

Payment processing may also involve third-party payment providers. These providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies in connection with their services.

  • Payment processors
  • Security and fraud-prevention providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Customer-support providers
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers

Third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.

We do not permit third parties to use cookies to access merchant passwords or sensitive payment credentials stored by MySwiftBill.

7

Session and Persistent Cookies

Session Cookies are temporary and are generally deleted when you close your browser or when your session expires. They may be used for authentication, security and normal Platform functionality.

Persistent Cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until they are manually deleted. They may be used to remember preferences or support analytics and other functionality.

8

Cookie Retention

Different cookies have different lifetimes. Strictly necessary session cookies may expire when your session ends. Other cookies may remain for a defined period depending on their purpose.

We seek to avoid keeping cookies for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they are used.

9

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your web browser. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View stored cookies
  • Delete cookies
  • Block cookies
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Receive notifications before cookies are stored

However, disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent some parts of the Platform from functioning properly, including login, security and payment-related features.

10

Cookie Consent

Where applicable, MySwiftBill will request consent before placing non-essential cookies or using similar technologies that require consent under applicable law.

Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent where they are necessary to provide a service requested by the user or to operate and secure the Platform, subject to applicable law.

You may withdraw or change your cookie preferences where applicable.

11

Personal Data and Cookies

Some cookies may be associated with information that can identify or relate to an individual. Where cookie information constitutes personal data, we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
